What an absolute piece of garbage product. Lets start with my biggest gripe which is that the soft velcro doesnt hold anything in place. I wake up regularly to empty duvet cover. We even have a Purple duvet so i dont get it. Additionally, the zippers are wicked cheap and get caught on the fabric. Just a bad product - dont buy.

I ordered the Slate Grey duvet cover several months ago. It was so easy to put on, and the duvet stayed put. We loved it so much that I ordered another one in the same exact color! One suggestion that I would like to make is that we need more color selections!

Updated: I reached out to the seller and they sent me a new duvet cover because the one I ordered was still under the 1 year warranty. We will see if the zipper is better on this one. The customer service rep was responsive and very helpful.After two washes and uses, the zipper broke and now the duvet is completely unusable. It was a comfortable duvet cover and I liked the color. The zip around the edge seemed like it would be easier but actually was really hard to get around the corner. And in the end, the zipper broke on the corner after 2 washes/uses.

My bed is a queen purple 4. With a queen purple duvet that’s about two years old. It is short in the cover. It was delivered in a plastic bag unlike the sheets that come in a fancy box. Maybe I got the wrong size? It said queen on the tag.

After washing the cover 5 times, the zipper broke. It seems to be very easy to break this zipper. I even zip the cover up prior to washing it.

Nothing special about the duvet or cover. Does not cool as described. Attempted to return; however, they do not coordinate with Amazon and will require you to pay for the return. They send a FedEx label which will run you about $111.00 if you use the same box it comes in. Not worth the hassle.
