  • Lowers bike from stock to four inches with turn of center piece.
  • Steel rod ends used with zinc plated steel middle to prevent metal seizing.

You are looking at one Pro-tek CNC fully adjustable lowering link (Pro-tek Part No. LL-225S) that replaces the single stock link on a 2010-2016 Kawasaki Z-1000, 2011-2025 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10R, 2021-2025 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10RR and 2011-2019 Kawasaki Ninja 1000.
This link is made up of a Carbon Steel hex turnbuckle center and two hardened steel rod ends that have ball bearings with a lube-free teflon race. It also comes with adjusting nuts to tighten down when the desired ride height is reached. It also has four aluminum bushings for easy fitment. These aluminum bushings inserted into the rod ends make this link the same thickness as your stock link. This means your stock bolts and nuts are retained and the locking element of the nuts will still be engaged.
Hardened Steel rod ends with teflon race are used with a carbon steel center piece to protect against binding and seizing from metal on metal corrosion when threading.
The center hex turnbuckle is carbon steel, case hardened and then zinc plated to protect against oxidation and corrosion.
Fully Adjustable Links allow you to make infinite adjustments on the fly without having to unbolt the lowering link and disassemble the rear suspension every time you raise or lower the bike. You simply loosen the nuts and turn the center piece to find the desired ride height and then re-tighten down the adjusting nuts to secure in place. Its that easy.
This kit is brand new in original packaging, manufactured in the USA, and comes complete with manufacturer warranty.
These links come with infinite settings that lower the bike from stock to 4".

This product did exactly what I wanted. It lowered my seat height one inch. The problem is that the original link has seals installed. So the protec links were 4mm too short for each end. To correct this. I bought washers for 10mm bolts that are 2mm thick. One washer on either side of the aluminum spacers and the fit is perfect. Leaving 0.3mm clearance. You have to do this to both the top and bottom pin. Prelube the threads and spacers with salt proof grease and no squeaking or binding.

At this price point I don’t think there is a better option., I read other reviews of people having it squeak so I put a little moly grease on the bushings and bolts. Used it to lower the bike after the stretch and 1k miles in ive had no issues. Easy install, about 30 minutes dragging my feet.

Wouldn’t really know because it came missing a spacer, I should have checked when I got it but didn’t actually start installing it until a couple months after and by that time it was too late

Easy to install. Rode bike for 10 miles let sit for about 8 hours then got back on and it squeaked really bad. Tried removing the two mounting bolts and applied white lithium grease and still had the same problem. Going to try and add nylon or rubber bushings to see if that helps.

Very easy to install. It's not very easy to adjust, not bc of the link, but where it's located not much room for your hands. But it works fine, have put 2000 miles on it with out a problem.
