These gloves do not hold up very well. Mine are literally coming apart at the seems in several different places and they're less than 10 months old with minimal use. I would absolutely invest in something of higher quality if you plan on abusing these in any way. They will not hold up.

These 5mm gloves keep your hands warm for about 2 hours. Fit true to size. A little stiff at first, like all 5 mm gloves. Temperature that I'm presently diving at is mid to high 50's. Good for the money.w

I wanted something warmer than the 3mm Mittens I've been using for a few years - paddling in CT during the winter.I may have missed something in the tech description but these didn't even keep my finger tips warm - and the gloves didn't get wet, nor is there any wind. I literally just came back after only 30-40 minutes. They are cheap and the seals at the wrist are decent - if you DO try them then I'd suggest at LEAST one size larger. That may have been the issue - These are XL and a snug fit - they may need more air circulation kind of thing.I'm going to try something else.

Did not hold up to the rigors of inland commercial diving. Was warm for the short time before stitch compromise

**** updated with pictures and a better fix******For the update... shoe goo doesn't not last very long either. Go with 3M Fast Cure 5200 to coat the fingers to keep from wearing holes in them. Sounds like it's common to wear holes in them regardless of how well they are made.I thought these were going to the the perfect gloves for gold dredging after going through other brands after a few uses but after only 10 dives I have already worn holes through two of the fingers. I would expect to maybe have to buy a pair a year but after only 2 months of use before wearing holes in the finger is no bueno. I'm not handling really sharp rocks either. Most are river type smooth stones. These would probably be great for just diving but not tough enough for underwater work as advertised. Thank god for shoe goo to patch them up to get some more use out of them at least. I will update with pictures after shoe goo wears off to show the holes.
