I called the number that Amazon provided me for customer service which connected me to progressive. All I wanted were asked for is the tool that is supposed to come with the shocks to adjust them. The man from progressive told me that it’s not their responsibility and it would cost me five dollars plus shipping and handling to get the tool, I said you were supposed to provide me the part after spending so much money I will not be sending you more money. He said if you want to that’s what you’ll have to do because it’s through Amazon and then he hung up on me. Never shopping with progressive again.

The original Air shocks rode better. They were missing the reducer sleeves to bolt on. Progressive won't stand behind their product if you are missing parts or need to exchange. They tell you to send back to the seller. No name $100 pair are probably just the same quality

These are excellent shocks. Seems like you can spend a lot more but for the average rider I can’t imagine why. Fit very well. Needed a bike jack/lift and a torque wrench for my Street Glide. Other than that is standard socket set. 30 minutes to install. Well worth the money.

je suis très satisfait ces shocks sont excellents je retrouve le plaisir de rouler, j'avais installé des shocks a air a 120 kmrs mon bike louvoyait et catastrophe dans les longues courbes j'ai un flhx strike glide 2008 çà a tout réglé et moins chère que des 944 a 11000$

These shocks are 100 times better than those factory air shocks. This is what should come standard on the Street Glide. No more speed wobble no more bottoming out and no more feeling like the bike is going to wash out from under you. I got the standard weight springs since I weight 160 and with me and my girlfriend both on the bike we are only around 280. I have the shocks set to the third position and it is perfect. If you are 250 or more riding solo you may want to get the heavy duty spring rating or if putting these on an Ultra. Highly recommended especially for this price.
