I would give this a 0 star review. I paid the mechanic $100 to put this part on my vehicle. Found out it didn't work while driving home. Had to take the vehicle back to the mechanic and it cost me $230 to get it fixed using a replacement for the part I bought on here. So I'm out of the $100 I spent having your junky part put on my vehicle. You should be ashamed of yourself. I can't return the part due to it being trashed by mechanic. Lesson learned. Never by car parts off of AMAZON!

I usually buy OEM electrical parts if I can, but when I bought this one I could not get an OEM switch overnight; it had a two-week lead time. So, I bought this one. It worked fine and I was happy with it until two days ago when the flashing "D" light came back on. Scanned the car and got code P0848 which is 3rd Gear Clutch Pressure Switch HI. The original 16 year old switch I replaced this one with failed with code P0847 which was the same switch LO. I pulled the connector off this switch and fluid leaked out on the floor; the switch leaked through the connection. Anyway, I am giving it two stars instead of one because it was readily available and did last for about 16 months.

It was a cheap fix but the sensor needed to be replaced 8 months later.

It worked as expected. It was the lowest priced swith in July 2022 at only $15 dollars and it fixed the problem. So far so good.
