The Premier FL-2002 series access door can be used on any flush surface. Easily installs in walls or ceilings to give access to plumbing or wiring. Features include, concealed hinge, 1 inch wide outer flange with 1-1/2 inch deep mounting
The rough opening in the wall should be 12-3/8" x 12-3/8"

This access door does door things and does door things well. It sits around just being a door for all your access door needs. But seriously it was super simple to install and is of sturdy and quality construction.Door.
