It's very study and paint attached nicely to it but I didn't like that the door hinge is welded on, instead of removable. This made painting the front, sides and inside frame quite a bit more of a task that I thought it should be because it was then 2 sides, 2 coats each. Instead of removable and 2 coats total. Installing it was also a challenge fitting a drill,with a drill bit, and sheet rock screw while a door is moving around on you. "Opps, lost another screw. Can you hand me another? Hold on it's not quite even anymore, you bumped the door."This one works and should for a long time, I'm not sure I would buy it again because it's annoying to install
