I'm a big girl, nearly 250 lbs with this pregnancy, and even at " grande" size, my husband has to help get me strapped in so it's tight enough to give good support. I also wish it had a velcro band on each end of the belt instead of just one end. I think it would hold in place better that way. Plus, they put the laundry tag on the same seam as the velcro, so it gets stuck to the one velcro they have, making it less effective. I ended up cutting it off. But, I got it on sale, so I'm happy with what I paid.

This support strap works for most pregnancies in that it provides pain relief, comfort, is easy to use, and overall has good quality in its build. As far as value for what you pay, it is above average for the amount of money charges.The only drawback is the size may not be the best fit as every pregnancy is different. I wouldn't say it is a "one size fits all" rather it is a "one size fits most." For something like this, it may be best to try it in a store so you know what you are getting.

I started a new job at 6 months pregnant that involves being on my feet or standing in the same spot pretty much the full 8-9 hours. I noticed very very fast that my lower back pain and pelvic pain get quite bad and I had to do something about since. I got this one for a great deal (only $9) but it was just the smallest size. Since I’m 220lbs now I wasn’t very hopeful it’ll fit but it fits very nicely.Other reviews said it runs big and it DOES RUN BIG if you want it to.The Velcro makes it very easy to find your perfect fit, wherever you’re small or on the bigger side like me.I wore it to work for the first time yesterday and I’m happy to report I suffered very little to no lower back and pelvic pain!It is a big of a hassle to use the restroom with it, because my work uniform already requires several layers but totally worth it! The support it provides is great!

If you're expecting and have lower back and/or pelvic pain, this helps! I'm happy I bought one of these to aid in my discomfort. It isn't a miracle cure, but definitely helps. Since it is velcro, you can adjust the size as you grow.
