Seems to work fine on my rapala gas auger. I think it would be better if the zipper was heavier duty

It fits nice on the auger. It's maybe a little bit more expensive than I would like to pay for an auger cover.

This Hood cover is very well designed has a nice zipper the material is good quality and should last a long time I use it on my strike master cobra auger.

I usually buy one of these every other year. Works, but will still allow your auger head to get scuffs/scratches. Needs to be made with heavier material and zipper.

Had problems on a trip couple of months ago where the snow sprayed up onto the power head and froze, solid. Was unable to use the auger until power head was warmed up to melt the ice off of it. Auger is carried on a Digger Auger mount, mounted on back of snowmobile. Power head cover prevents this from happening.
