Wires crossed. I installed the motor and the wiring for up and down is crossed. I had to cut and re solder the wire to make it work. I’ve tried programming the window and it does not work. When I close the door, it rolls down. This sucks.

Does work, however up is down and down is up. Cannot get the motor to relearn, have tried several times and no reset switch. Will have to buy another one from a different seller. Looks like I am not the only one that is having trouble with it."Update"Motor quit after a month. Would not go up or down and had to replace with another motor from another seller.
