These are good shoes to replace those parking brake shoes that always get overlooked when doing brakes.They fit fine, and seem to hold the vehicle while parked, so they are great pads.A few bucks for these pads, saves the imbursement of your truck going swimming when you launch your boat. (We have all witnessed or heard of somebody's parking brake failing when they are launching their boat.)So, parking brake shoe maintenance is a must for those hauling boats, and these do a good job.

I picked these up not because I needed to when installing the Z36 front/rear disc/brake kit on my '12 F150, but figured why not. Though, had I known how much a pain-in-the-@$$ the locator pins & spring clips would be on the F150, I might have passed on it. Still, these all 4 corners are now "new" and shouldn't need attention for some time. the upside is that it gave me access to the parking brake linkage for lubrication.
