A Game Changer After Myomectomy.I purchased this postpartum girdle to wear after my myomectomy, and I am so glad I did! From the moment I put it on, I could feel the relief. The girdle provides gentle compression that supports my abdominal area without being too tight or uncomfortable. The fabric is soft, breathable, and stretchy, which allowed me to wear it for a long period of time without irritation. What I love most is how it helps with posture and core stability during my recovery. It gives me the confidence to move around more easily and helps alleviate some of the discomfort in my abdomen as I heal. The adjustable straps are a nice touch, allowing me to customize the fit as my body continues to change. I also noticed that my overall recovery feels smoother, and I feel more secure when standing or sitting for extended periods. It's definitely a must-have for anyone recovering from a procedure like mine, and I highly recommend it to others in a similar situation! ** Be sure to okay with your doctor before using. **

I can't believe I survived 3 c sections without this thing! But for my 4th, I found it and it is worth every single penny!!!!! You go from feeling loose, flimsy and vulnerable to feeling protected and strong. Almost as if you have a core again!!!!!Just for an idea.... I am 5'4" -my pre pregnancy weight was 140lbs (athletic build) and my pregnancy weight right before I delivered was 164lbs. After delivery I was 150.2lbs and I got a medium. I could have gotten a large, but I didn't want it to be loose so I took a risk and got the medium and while it's tight, it was the right move. The support is like no other!!!!!! Plus with all the adjustable bands, it's super easy to do yourself! The band they give you at the hospital doesn't even compare!Side note:: my baby was in the NICU for the first little while so I was walking back and forth from my room to the NICU A LOT. this was a total game changer!!!!!!!Totally worth it!!!!

It's a good postpartum binder. I used it after 10 days of postpartum and feel comfortable in it. It fits well and doesn't make you feel uncomfortable while moving and sitting. I even took a nap putting it on. I never put it on directly on skin, always over tank or camisole. The velcros are strong and easy to adjust according to your need. It really helps with the discomfort of after delivery. I can easily and highly recommend it.

First of all, all the straps make it a product that you can adjust to your particular body. Second, the velcro doesn't make the annoying sound that you would expect plus the velcro fabric is better too, not the typical velcro. I like the fact that its soft inside, and well stitched. It's not extra long either and fits me well, being currently a size 10 postpartum.I've used it after leaving the hospital since the one they gave me there quickly wasn't needed anymore because I needed more specific pressure which this one does give. It's now 8 weeks postpartum and I also use it especially because it keeps me at a good posture.

What an ABSOLUTELY AMAZING binder!! I just had abdominal surgery with a hip to hip scar in the same general spot as my csection 7 years ago (today!) and I have to say that I wish I had bought this to give them before the surgery because what they did use in comparison? 😬 This one is absolutely astounding!! I literally have no words to express just how much better this truly is than the standard one piece type they put on while on the table. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The only complaint I have is I was a dummy 🤦 I should have bought the medium... I knew that I have a 30-32" waist but (while bent over in pain wearing the hospital binder that didn't fit correctly and that had been cut down by my surgeon to fit my torso better and was causing pain) I was measured at a medical supply store to be 35" 🤨 I knew that was wrong but after losing 80lbs I am still getting used to these smaller things fitting 🤦 Anyway, even a size too large still feels *incredibly* better, so much more comfortable and supportive, and customizable than the original one I was given so I imagine the medium that is on its way will be magnificent 😍The trick to this binder is patience! You have to put it on just enough so the back panel (behind the Velcro straps, but the back back as well) lays flat, then put the *top* Velcro piece across your ribs so that it stays in place and then just readjust it until it is perfect; like Goldilocks checking each chair, each bowl, you need to make sure you check each strap and each Velcro and what angles they are at. They will change as you move, so once you do the 2nd and 3rd, you'll have to redo the 1st, but that is where the magic happens! Try putting it on while standing or laying down, sometimes the difference can help get the fit perfect for your body and for your preferences (even if those seem to change every few hours like myself). I have been able to put this on in at least 4 combinations of strap direction (*by myself* mind you 💪🙌 something impossible with the one piece I had been given after surgery) and each time has been like Mary Poppins (practically perfect in every way! ☂️)Do note that the side panels fabric does not stick to Velcro so if you think you are between sizes and it may be too large, get the next size down so the straps end up in the middle vs on the sides. Tip though, if you end up with one a bit too big, use the elastic straps that come out from the back over the front straps Velcro and it will hold it down for you where it doesn't stick. I am so ecstatic to be getting the medium soon and I will definitely update at that time with any difference I see/feel in how it fits when it fits more properly. I cannot imagine it could get any better than it is now as it is incredible as I said but if it does? 🙌 If you are on the fence about which binder to buy, buy this one! For $20 you will *not* be disappointed!
