Q. Why my blender in the fully power situation and still not working well?
A .There might some reason that not working well
1.The food cuts too big or too sticky, it will trigger overload protection system
2.You have to add water or yogurt into the blender which it help other food can touch the blades
3. Food must not exceed the "Max" line, You can start it in the forward direction, and then turn it upside down to keep the blender state

A. It is recommended to charge for 2-3 hours until the indicator light turns white before use

You can't fill cup to the top but theres no marking to say max so I figured out where to stop pouring. Blends well then stops on it's own.

I don’t really enjoy this product, if I need to drink one more of apple juice, I have to charge batteries for almost two hours again .Wasting my time and mood.

I’ve used this blender for the fruits and and made some smoothie. It was good, rather than buying concentrated fruit drinks with lots of sugar contents, I’d prefer this one, low cost and effective smoothie maker. The ice cubes also gets crushed nicely in it, added advantage.

I’ve been using collagen powder for a while, and this blender does an excellent job of mixing up the powder in smoothies and shakes. Plus, I love how portable it is. Sometimes I make my smoothies at work and it’s just so easy. I’m so glad that I got this so I don’t have to take out my bigger blender that I have to plug in. This one is just perfect for a couple servings.

I love having this piece of freedom in my bag, I absolutely love it!!Smoothie Recipe-- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries- 1/2 cup sliced frozen strawberries- 1 banana- Strawberry Banana Juice (Naked or Bolthouse) pour over your frozen fruit until it is completely covered + another 1/2 inch.
