Plus Size Arm Sleeves, UV Sun Protection Cooling Sports Arm Cover Compression for Men/Women

I wear a 5x in shirts, with very large upper arms due to lipedema, and was skeptical that these would fit. There is a tiny bit of constriction if I pull them all the way up to my armpit, but the mere fact that I CAN tells you these are, in fact, designed for larger arms. The support is graduated, tighter around the wrists and easier up the arm to the top band, and comfortable if I don't try to go all the way to the armpit. They are in fact quite supportive the whole length for me. I'd love it if it had thumb holes, as it could help hand pain and avoid that last inch or two of the upper arm to have them fixed in place that way. Impressive product: It is VERY hard for me to find snug fitting clothing that fits my upper arms well.

Just what I needed for some sun protection! I have lupus and have to be very careful about sun exposure. But also, my kids play sports and we're often in the sunshine! These were just what I needed. They are sized for plus size. I am a 2x woman with extra skin where I've lost some weight, but also I'm still large. It is hard to get the top of these over my upper arms, primarily because of the floppiness/loose skin issues. But they are sized well and go into place. They are comfortable once they're on and I plan on wearing them whenever I need some extra sun protection at games. I'm about 5'4" and these actually can be pulled to help cover part of my hands also which is great. They are very breathable, easy to use and seem to help quite a bit with sun exposure.

I got these for someone dealing with carpal tunnel, who has been battling pain/inflammation in their arms and wrists. I was hoping that the combination of compression and cooling would help to lessen the amount of swelling and pain their were dealing with (they report their arms feeling hot, and will often walk outside or us a cold pack on their arms for relief. The compression of the sleeves works well. It's tight enough to make a noticeable difference, but not so tight that it's uncomfortable. The cooling aspect is a little less certain. I know these are made to enhance evaporative cooling, but I'm not sure they're doing much even when the person wearing them is perspiring. As the weather gets warmer in our area, I guess we will find out for sure. The coverage is good, and they are not too long that they must be rolled over to prevent bunching. The fabric is about the same thickness as with comparable light compression products, but I'm not sure how many washes it will take before it starts falling apart. Luckily, at the price, it's not the end of the world if it's something which needs to be a regular purchase (as long as it works).

I ordered these for use while gardening to protect my arms from the brutal summer sun.I was very pleasantly surprised at how comfortable they were, as I had a pair of UV sleeves in the past that felt like I was being squeezed to death by a boa constrictor.They aren't very pretty, but that's just vanity speaking. These sleeves work very well, they are comfortable, and they are reasonably priced ($9.99 for two pair at the time of this review).

These sleeves are lightweight and fit well. I don't have humongous arms but not skinny ones either... 16" biceps. These sleeves slid on easily and extended from my wrist to armpit. So far I have only had them on for 4 hours outside in the sunlight. I found that they were very comfortable the entire time.

These don't feel as tight as some other sleeves that I've tried. Obviously, the white color won't absorb as much heat from the sun as darker colors. How much UV this filters out, I'm not sure yet. Will update when I've had some time to see how tan, not tan my arms get vs sunscreen.

Even though they are plus size they are quite tight. Good compression. I’m 5’2 and they go all the way up to my shoulders. They take a minute to get used to and then they are comfortable.
