I got the disks in nice pack not damaged. I was waiting for cd label printer that's why didn't check the disks at once. When I started to use them I saw that print on disk is very good but disks are not useful because from several disks I tried no one was readable.

I burn 100's of CDR's and have had most work fine but a few brands where there were issues. This is one of those brands so I would not recommend them even though they felt and looked like quality cdr's but did not want to work for me no matter what I tried for adjustments in my burning program.

I guess all brands are the same. So far just from the top I got 3 disks that were damaged.

It's obvious the manufacturer is customer focused with requests for contacting them with any problems so they can make things right. I have never needed to do that!
