Very easy to assemble! Great for mounting a reloading press for making ammo!

For the price, it's decent enough. First off the good. Once assembled, it does seem sturdy, but I wouldn't call it heavy duty. The Powder Coating seem well done, there were no thin or bare spots. Assemble was pretty straight forward, even with the rudimentary instructions. The holes on the top worked very well with my new 8" DeWalt Grinder. The cons are a little lengthier unfortunately. For starters, it is made from mild 1/16" thick steel which has some flex, so it relies on structural strength to be sturdy. The legs are two sections each, bolted together at the tool tray, not readily noticeable in the picture. As for Heavy Duty, there is a 100lbs limit warning sticker on it. The hardware used is questionable, as three of my bolts striped from hand-wrenching. They have a loose course thread pitch to them, so I expect them to need constant checking as the grinder will shake things up during use. The stand can not be securely bolted down as the feet ,with the holes, are plastic and just slip on the ends of the legs. For a DIY'er it should work for most needs, and for the price point, it's not a bad deal. Though I wouldn't trust it for a drill press long term (my Wen Drill Press is just over 100lbs) without bracing the feet to keep them from spreading. I'm on the fence as to if I would buy it again. I know I'll be replacing the nuts and bolts for hardened ones in the near future.

Box showed up beat to bits so I was a little afraid that the contents would also be in rough shape, but surprisingly there wasn't a scratch or dent anywhere, no missing parts, etc. Instructions for assembly are extremely vague but isn't hard to figure out just looking at it for a couple of minutes. The instructions also don't reference the split ring washers at all, but there are enough in there for every single nut.. The folded metal legs have a bit of an overhang on the inner piece, which aren't sticking out to the point you'll get hurt walking by, there is still the possibility of snagging on it or someone getting hurt if they fall into it and grab / hit the legs with a limb. Once it is all assembled even without the bolts tightened it is already a solid little stand, once the bolts are tightened that thing could be thrown off a roof and remain strong.

I purchased this for my "replacement" loading bench. Lee loaders have a similar item, but a bit pricey, although I'm sure it works fine? Since I have moved to a smaller house I lost some space and my old loading bench was a no-go. This has made life much easier, and it's very sturdy. I've been loading ammo with it with no issues, it's almost as solid as my old built-in bench! If you are in the same situation it's well worth the money!!

The stand was very well engineered. Directions were confusing and counter productive. Make a counter intuitive mistake assembling the legs but once I figured out how they went together It was easy to see this stand was well engineered. It is very sturdy. I did make a plywood tool rest platform for the top to give me room to work. HINT: Don't bolt your 8" grinder down too hard otherwise the rubber feet on the grinder will not absorb grinding vibrations as they were meant to. I would recommend this product. It will however take some common sense to put it together. Throw the directions, which lead you wrong, away.

This stand is perfect for my application. I finally got my grinder off of my bench! I had to drill holes in the top to mount it securely, but I expected that when I bought it. It was a simple build, but the nuts and bolts are a bit tight on the leg interiors. An open-end wrench is needed. Sockets wouldn't fit. It has a small footprint, and fits nicely in a small niche in my garage.

After reading other reviews on this stand I kind of new what I was getting into. I needed a stand for a bench top buffer that I primarily use with 8" or smaller buffing wheels and I didn't want to pay more for the stand than I did for the actual buffer. So I went for it. I figured if it didn't work out for my intended purpose I'd just convert it into a shop stool. Anyway, assembly is pretty easy and straight forward. Bolts, nuts, and lock washers. Took me about 45 minutes to assemble and attach the buffer. So far, so good. The buffer doesn't vibrate enough to move the stand around and the four legs are just wide enough at the floor that it doesn't want to wiggle waggle and tip over. However, I have considered attaching the legs to a plywood floor base just for piece of mind. I'll make the platform large enough so that I will be able to stand on it while using the buffer. This should stabilize the buffer enough for more heavier buffing work. So I am fairly happy with the purchase mainly because I didn't have to spend $60+ on a grinder stand that cost more than the buffer. I personally would NOT purchase this stand for a bench grinder though. It is to light for even a 6" Grinder. Also, it is not noticeable in the product pictures, but the 4 legs are actually 8 pieces that require you to bolt together at the point where the center tray is attached. This is surely a weak point if you're thinking anything about heavy duty use. Just because I think in Odd ways, I'm considering the purchase of another one of these to convert into that shop stool I mentioned earlier. Top it with a 12" square piece of plywood, cheep vinyl covering over some padding and "woolla" A shop stool with a handy dandy coffee tray right underneath your button. Have you seen the prices on them shop stools lately? And IF (and only IF) it doesn't work out for that intended purpose I could convert it into a championship hybrid mahjong table as a tribute to the fine Chinese craftsmanship of course.
