How to install

First, After disassembling old "tires", clean up the gummy debris left on the wheels.

Mounting:

Used a clamp to hold the tire on the wheel in one spot, and then used a screwdriver to pry the rest of the tire on. This made installation relatively easy

Uniform stretch:

After mounting, removed the clamp and pushed the shaft of the screwdriver completely under the tire, so it was between the tire and rim. Then ran the screwdriver around the wheel several times to make sure the tire was uniformly stretched around the wheel.

Seating the tire:

Next, made sure the tires were properly seated in the groove on the wheels, rolled the wheel on a concrete floor, pushing down pretty hard with your hands, so the concrete would forced the tire into the groove.

After mounting, reinstalled the wheels and readjusted everything, finish!

✅Urethane band saw tires no adhesive needed, but need to be stretched on. If your new band saw tire is too tight to fit onto the wheel, submerged the new tire under hot water for a few minutes, this will make things easier.

Update to the below earlier message: the drive wheel tire broke at 11 months. See picture.,..Earlier message: These are NOT injection molded; they have a seem that was then supposed to be ground down by the manufacturer. Apparently their quality control is poor at best because the ones I received were BOTH ground down too far as you can see in the picture making my blade skip back and forth instead of staying centered…. Bad deal for 60+ dollars. I even tried them inside out and same thing; the seam area is ground too far…
