How to install

First, After disassembling old "tires", clean up the gummy debris left on the wheels.

Mounting:

Used a clamp to hold the tire on the wheel in one spot, and then used a screwdriver to pry the rest of the tire on. This made installation relatively easy

Uniform stretch:

After mounting, removed the clamp and pushed the shaft of the screwdriver completely under the tire, so it was between the tire and rim. Then ran the screwdriver around the wheel several times to make sure the tire was uniformly stretched around the wheel.

Seating the tire:

Next, made sure the tires were properly seated in the groove on the wheels, rolled the wheel on a concrete floor, pushing down pretty hard with your hands, so the concrete would forced the tire into the groove.

After mounting, reinstalled the wheels and readjusted everything, finish!

✅Urethane band saw tires no adhesive needed, but need to be stretched on. If your new band saw tire is too tight to fit onto the wheel, submerged the new tire under hot water for a few minutes, this will make things easier.

These band say tires were terrible. They looked nice from the package and they seemed to fit good and worked great the first time I used them immediately after installing them. The next morning I went to use the saw again and as soon as I started the saw both tires broke, not just one but both. They seemed to break at the joint of the tires. I only used them for 10 minutes and they broke, don't waist your time on these

I installed these tires a couple of months ago and pulled the band saw out to cut some floating shelves. The top tire snapped when I turned the saw on and bound up just above the guide bearing. I'm glad it happened prior to cutting the wood. It would have been surprising mid-cut. I do not recommend.

These went on a whole lot easier than the last ones I bought several years ago. I was dreading changing them but I was done in 10 minutes. No preheating, just a couple spring clamps and I was done. They fit perfectly and I already put them to the test with some desert ironwood and no slipping what so ever.

These orange belts are the perfect width for my delta bandsaw. They ran laser true with no vibration. Best blade accuracy I have had on my saw. They are very tight and a bit of a pain to install... but that comes with the territory if you want accuracy and drive power to your blade. Good quality, good value.

Absolute rubbish. One broke at its joint before the saw was ever turned on. I heated them in hot water to make them pliable and had no problem installing. Broke while I was adjusting the saw. Pure garbage!!!

I did need to soak these in hot water to make them pliable, but with that done they stretched and fit easily on my Delta 14" bandsaw. It only took minor adjustments to get them flat and even.
