A few rough edges on top of medallion. Good strong elastic and came with extra replacement elastic and a couple of beads. Length fits well. No pinching or sliding around. Alerts engraved on back are clear and easy to read. Nice deep engraving. Will have to see how finish holds up long term. Overall satisfied. It's much prettier than a plain medic alert bracelet.

This medic alert bracelet is really nice! Very well made and looks more like a fashionable piece of jewelry. I got the white one and am quite pleased with the quality and fit. Arrived on time and came with some replacement beads. I've wanted a bracelet for a while but couldn't find one that really appealed to me. Decided to try this one after reading reviews and I'm glad I did.

The beads and the tag look very nice, even better than I was expecting. There is one thing I am disappointed in and that is my fault. I did not notice it does not have lobster claws so the tag can be versatile.

Low rating because never got one that worked. Comfort it slides to my elbow. Durability is cheap, won’t last long.I bought medical bracelet. Looked nice but way too small. They refunded and I bought another one couple sizes up from previous.Now 2nd one way too large!Seller refused to refund. Told me to fix it myself. Said I can take couple beads out.I’m 72+years old and can barely see the plastic knots on each end to untie the knots (how) Then take 2 beads each side WITHOUT SPILLING beads everywhere. Then re-tie knots on ends that will hold it together. What type of knot?Nope, don’t think I’ll be doing it. Garbage can gets it.It’s cheaply made, has a thin plate it’s etched on.I’ll throw away. I’m trying a different style from same seller hoping it’ll work on my small in between wrist size.

I'm glad I bought this bracelet. Needed a new one, and was pleased to see the engraving was free. You can added a lot on the tag with how many lines and characters they give you too. It shipped here in about 2 weeks, although they said longer, Which I was also happy about. I'm a fan that it is beaded and stretchy. I'm allergic to most metals, so finding something like this and that its durable, is sweet. Has a slight stretch but the string is pretty strong and it comes with an extra one in case it breaks. I paid extra for the 8 in size. And while it is a bit loose, it is just the right amount and doesn't move on my wrist a whole lot. Like how you can customize it and how many choices there are for the beads. Def will be getting another one if needed. Its pretty nice for the price.
