I work from home have to do a lot of sitting at my computer. This is a very nice chair for the price.

Basic chair and shipping alone is most the cost. If you want to return they charge you a fee which is the same price as shipping. So you only get half the piece of what you paid.

Assembled the chair and the back was not lined up with the rest of the chair

The base of the chair is not a perfect circle for the stem to fit in. I was in the process of having it replaced when I decided instead of packaging it back up to just try and use it. It was very unstable at first but after a few hours of sitting on it, it fits now. I guess my weight forced it in, lol. I have cancelled the replacement and happy with my purchase now. For the price I can't complain.

I was kind of hoping that it would recline just that Little kuch, to stretch my legs while working but no. it is just a very straight hard position chair although soft and comfortable, but yes, it doesn’t have any recline whatsoever. I think you get what you pay for I can’t complain.
