I like the multiple settings for light color. A bit difficult to install, holding the light in place, drilling then driving the screws.Nice lights overall

This recommendation/review is for the PARMIDA LED Under Cabinet Lighting, Hardwired Installation, 16 Inch, 14watt:I like these. They were easy to install and are bright, and the color is pleasing. Not harsh. It's hard to buy lighting in general. And especially difficult online. But I think you'll be pleased with these lights. I wired them all in a series from a wall switch. There is an on/off switch on each light so you can exercise the option to turn off one or more if that is of interest to you.They are compact and don't project very far under your cabinets.Highly recommend you get these if you are doing a kitchen remodel. Or at least some under cabinet lighting. It really makes a difference.

Replacing a florescent fixture that died, had been professionally installed. Double romex wiring- cannot put that much wire into this much smaller fixture, so I used a patch which extended the wiring out of the unit, and connected with the double romex behind the drywall. I also used solder on the connections. Once installed, it is bright and the "boss" said she likes it. Now I have to replace all the other ones in the kitchen.I like the adjustable brightness. prompt delivery, good price.

When you finally get these installed, they look nice and are quite bright, and the different output settings work well. It's installing them that is a nightmare, and thus I cannot recommend these at all, due to the follow significant flaws:1. The connecting wires are simply too short.2. The attachment screws must be made of the softest metal I;ve ever encountered. I marked and pre-drilled holes for both screws, because I was going into older particle board cabinets, so I knew it was be an issue. Even with the pre-drilled holes, the supplied screws, using a high-end (Milwaukee) driver, clutch set to a low setting, and before the screws would actualy set into the wood, the heads were completely stripped. I bought two units, and had to cannibalize one to get another set of screws, and those also quickly lost their ability to be drive. Only by using my own screws (and believe me, I had to dig to find ones small enough - same was true of driver bits, drill bits, and screwdrivers, because the holes for mounting are barely wide enough for any standard driver shank! If you buy these-which I don't recommend, only use your own quality screws to mount them, and make sure you have think shank drivers around. It's a shame, because otherwise they're quite nice. Buit the frustration over a task that would have normally taken me 10 minutes start to finish taking well over an hour of my time is a deal-breaker.

They’re nice and bright, but that’s about all the good you’re going to get. They’re super cheap, epically flimsy material, and one out of the three I bought was used, bent, and missing hardware. The instructions are ok, but lack any kind of insight if you’re wiring more than one in a series. Not even sure if you can wire them in such a way that when you turn the lead light off, the others turn off also. Because of the brightness and being able to put them on a dimmer I’m generously giving them 3 stars. Otherwise, you simply get what you pay for.

I purchased these led light bars to replace some fluorescent fixtures as part of a countertop/backsplash renovation. So far, the LED light fixtures appear to be working well. They are quite bright and the variable light temperature enabled selection of our preferred light color since we prefer a whiter light than many fixtures offer.Installation of the lights was not easy or inexpensive because of the small size of the fixture. The old fixtures had a large volume to hold the ballast and all the wires and could easily hold the existing 3 pairs of 12-gauge solid copper wires needed to supply power and jump to the next fixture. All those wires simply could not fit in the much smaller LED fixture, so I had to purchase more materials and wire to make the connections outside the LED fixture and run only one set of wires into the fixture. I understand the not oversizing the fixture because it is ultimately disposable, but purchasers will need to find the best way to wire the smaller fixture in their home. In 50,000 hours, I should be better prepared for the next set of LED light bars, unless the technology changes by then.
