Your cart is empty.These pan liners fit the contoured corners of specific types of pans eliminating folds and allowing for maximum food yield. This steam table dish addition is labor saving, essentially eliminating the need to scrub pans. These pan liners improve food quality by preventing moisture loss that happens when food is cooked directly on the metal. These inserts can be used to baked, on a flat top, in a microwave, to roast, to steam, and in a convection oven. These pan liners also make food safer, it never actually comes into contact with dish, preventing cross-contact.

This product is the best! As the parish fundraiser coordinator we use this exclusively to line our roasters which are filled with red chile beans, nacho cheese, green chili stew or posole. Clean up is a breeze!!!

- we use these at an outreach in our town - they work great - we spray pam in metal liner of roaster first - then install bag - sometimes we coat bottom of metal pan with 2 cups of water and then install plastic liner - peace -

I use them in 22 quart roasters but if you go over 325 they have a tendency to melt to the sides of the roasters.
