The pads do not stick!! You’re lucky if you get 1 use out of them. Very disappointing.

I'm in love with this Tens unit - I was in a terrible car accident April 2024 - very broken up and a broken neck - days in ICU and then long term rehab . I've bought almost every ten unit on planet earth not kidding at all right down to the Neuro MD that is highly advertised -actually I bought 2 of the Neuro MD as -it was the best I could locate and I knew I couldn't be without it if it went belly up ! -I wasn't thrilled with it at all but of all the units I tried for almost a year that was the best of the bunch - then I saw all the different units on Amazon and after reading all the reviews I thought well , I ll give this one a try but not expecting it to be as good as the Neuro Md . and that wasn't great - This tens unit is the bomb ! if you want a powerful pulse , you've got it -if you want a light or med pulse , you have that -you have a choice of time and power and different vibrating modes -it will run for a good 25 minutes before I have to reset it - others a much shorter run time - I buy the tubes of Tens gel on Amazon -I also use an XACTO KNIFE AND I CUT A SLIT IN EACH END OF THE GEL PADS -- about a quarter of an inch from each end- i then that a thin ribbon and loop it through and hot glue it that way -i can put it on my back for all day wear and tie the ribbon around to the front of me -that way it can't move as I go through my day - I simply keep the remote in my pocket -so simple -also I put a dab of Hot glue on the center of the on and off button -that makes the button a little higher and I can put my hand behind my back with all my cloths on and still feel that little button under my cloths to be able to push it on - This unit is the very best on the market !TO KNIFE

I bought this for the following features:- small wireless design: 5 stars- noise free operation: 5 stars- long setting time: 3 stars - I set this to 60 minutes on the remote and everything starts out great, but between 15-30 minutes it just turns off- setting options: 4 stars. I wish there was a continuous setting. Setting option 5 is the closest option, which is 1 second on/ 1 second offBattery life: 4 stars. Short battery life and there's no way to know how much battery the unit has. The remote has a battery indicatorFor the price, I'm disappointed that it doesn't stay on for as long as it says it will. This happens even on a freshly charged battery.

I recently encountered a minor issue with the initial shipment of the PainX TENS Therapy Unit, but I was amazed by the prompt and efficient customer service provided by this company. They quickly resolved the problem and ensured I received a functioning unit. I must say, this TENS device has been a game changer for me in terms of relieving my back pain. I purchased the painX Tens device a few years back and it’s worked great! I recently purchased a new device, and the remote for the new system is a definite upgrade! The remote has an LCD screen that shows you the mode, the intensity and the countdown for your session which I really like. The device is very user friendly, holds charge for a while, and is easy and quick to set up. It is also wireless so it can be used on the go! I will definitely be recommending this to friends!
