After losing my favorite hitch plug on the road (because I left it on my car bumper after attaching a bike rack to my hitch), I made sure that the next one would be tethered somehow to the car.This flag hitch cover (for my 2" hitch) gets the job done -- it's easy to install (you literally just loop the end over your hitch and then plug it up! The package arrived with some protective film on the flag itself so make sure you remove that to enjoy the shiny chrome glory. I live in the desert, so I don't know how long this would last in the elements, but it's affordable enough (at the time of this review, under $8) and did I mention it was shiny!
