"Dark blue" is not royal blue as shown. It is a purplish navy. Also, the prongs are extremely short, so the thickness of your pages will make a big difference in how much it will hold. Even a quarter inch is stretching it. On the plus side, they're cheap and you get labels, which are nice and on a full sheet for printing.
