It's only the advertised size if you measure the roof over hangIt's only 8.5' x 4.3' OD and way less IDFunny they give a tiny screwdriver. You need a drill with phillips head.Definitely not going to seal out any water or dust there are so many gaps.Had one rain and door latch already rusting.Have it on level concrete and had to shim the base to make door latch workEven after all panels screwed together it's very flimsy.The edges for the roof are a joke. I added more screws.This shed is in AZ. I would never buy this for a wet or snowy area
