This cover fits like a glove on the playhouse - I am so happy I found this. For a minimal price it keeps the playhouse in perfect condition, no fading from the sun, no rain beaten areas, and always clean. My granddaughters can play in it even if it's a light rain outside because I can leave the cover on the three sides, keep the zippered front of it rolled up which keeps them entertained in the playhouse. Also if it's a little chilly outside I do the same because they love being in the playhouse.

This fits my play set perfectly, but there’s no Velcro to roll up the door as advertised.
