I use these daily and they’re my favorite. Perfect length for my vertical labret. Doesn’t come out by itself which I’ve had similar issues with other jewelry

I used these for my angel fangs and they're so cute! A little smaller than I expected but fits my top lip for vertical piercings pretty nice, Easy to put in, the quality is pretty good and haven't had any irritation unless they get anything caught behind the flatback. Great price, external thread, spike is veryyy small so might be difficult to put on or take off if you have mobility issues with fingers/hands/arms.

I love the look of this, but the heart itself sticks up and does not sit flat on my lip for my vertical labret. IT is sturdy and cute though!

it's actually so cute and really comfortable. I get so many compliments on this. I've had it for about almost 3 years. I think I've had absolutely no problems with it.

Rewriting this review now that i have both the star and the heart! I originally had put the heart in back in August when i first got the piece. It is now December 14th 2024 and until today i had the heart piece in constantly aside from when i tested out other jewlery for literally 10 minutes, it has been great!. going back to my previous comment about how hard the spike was to get on due to it being externally threaded (will paste my old review at the very bottom for those curious) after a few jewlery changes it has gotten way easier. It only took a few tries to get the spike on straight, my biggest advice for it is don't use the tips of your finger! You'll do best with the spike in the middle of your fingertip on the flat area with the hole facing outwards. Line it up and DONT twist it on like you'd do with a bottle cap, rotate your whole hand and once it latches then you can screw it on like normal. Don't scam yourself with those $15 jewlery end holders, just practice :)BACK TO THE REVIEW. I do have a few comments on how they sit, starting with the heart. I love it, it's a cute and high quality piece, it sits flat on your lip (and probably wherever), my only complaint about the design is i wish it was more defined like the star is. It's more like a blob with a small indent on the top rather than a cute heart. Obviously up close you can tell but it doesn't look as good further away if you're out and about or with friends/family. Onto the star, unlike the heart the tippy top of the star doesn't sit flat as well, in the first picture of the star i had it pushed down and in the second it was right after i put it in. You'll have to consistently push it flat if you're talking but otherwise it's great. If you want something noticeable get the star, if you want something flat against your lip if you play an instrument like the flute, clarinet, saxophone, etc or just dont like being able to feel it on your lip, get the heart!Moving onto sizing, like mentioned on my last review i got pierced with a 16g 5/16 and prefer a longer piece so it works out perfectly! The gauging is correct and the lengths are the same.Onto durability it's amazing. Beyond perfect. For the 4-5 months I've had the heart piece in it didn't once tarnish, didn't bend or chip and is completely rust free (i bite my lip and therefore chew on my piercing occasionally due to high anxiety) the metal is still shiny but due to oilyskin it gets a bit gunky and dull on the bottom end so just made sure to clean it with a q-tip, just hot water is fine if it's healed.Value for money? Definitely! These will easily last me years if not a lifetime and theyre under $15. They're made from g23 titanium which is one of the best for piercings! It shouldn't give you any reactions after the first day of changing it, and is perfect for people with sensitive skin like myself! It's very simple to change.Regarding the external threading..Okay okay i know good piercers tell you to stay away but honestly? A little bit of external threading isn't going to ruin your piercing as long as you don't change it often and make sure to take it out and put it in carefully. I'd only recommend doing this for completely healed piercings as it can disrupt the healing process. Always wait to change your jewlery until your piercer says its fine and even then unless it's completely healed have them do the first change, i promise you it's so so so much better for your piercing to keep the healing jewlery in even if it's kind of ugly or isn't the type you want for a while :)___________________________________Old review | VThe spike is like really hard to put on since it's externally threaded but that's my only complaint, i got pierced with a 16g 5/16 for my vertical labret and prefer the longer bar so i really like it. The heart is a bit sharp around the edges but sits super nicely against the lip my only comment on that is becareful when licking your lips (if using for a vert labret) it was getting twisted in my lip while trying to get the spike on and it doesnt seem to bend and overall feels like really nice quality. My lip feels a tiny bit weird but for now I'm going to blame that on my first time changing out my vert labret jewlery. I'll update this if it gets infected, inflamed, or turns my lip green!Note: I know most professional/good piercers tell you to stay away from external threaded jewlery but this went in so easily and compared to me trying to get my ball off of the original jewlery and trying to put the spike on this one, I'd say the threads are the least irritating 😭Long story short, don't let it deter you away from this jewlery just because it's externally threaded. Just be careful putting it in :)Edit: I found out i have a nickle allergy from another set of jewlery from another seller on here and instantly switched back to this piece after i felt the reaction. I'm glad to say that it started feeling better almost imedietly and I feel confident enough to say that this is 100% safe for any healed piercings with/or sensitive skin. I've had this piece in for about a month now, my skin isnt green and the jewlery is still shiny. I can't say it'll be the same with new piercings as i got my vertical labret pierced in mid jan and it is now early sept.Final update: it's now November 21st, aside from me testing other jewlery out as previously mentioned, I've had it in full time without any issues! I will note that food sometimes gets stuck on the heart if you're eating anything that's like creamy/sticky so it's always good to give it a quick wipe after eating. Overall 10/10 jewlery! the price is amazing for how easy it is to find, how cute it is, and how well it's made..Definitely hard to find good body jewlery on amazon, this will definitely be my go to seller and I'll be buying the star shaped one sometime too, maybe for christmas :)

they were cute and came as advertised but the bar was too short and internally threaded is ridiculously hard to put on. like i spent 20+ minutes just trying to get one spike in and couldn’t. also the end of the spike chipped off when i was trying to use tweezers to put them on. i bought 2 of these because i was using them for my angel fangs and ended up having to go order different ones :(

It's very tiny, so if you struggle to reattach jewelry, you might want an extra set of hands to help with that. I like it, though. I bought two (one for each ear) and I haven't taken them out since receiving them. Would recommend them and Oufer jewelry in general (the jack-o-lantern in my conch piercing is also from Oufer).
