This is a great toaster oven - air fryer. We constantly use it since we purchased. The microwave has been thrown away!! I like how the doors open, and the general operation of the oven is terrific. It looks great, doesn't make a lot of noise, and it heats the food fast. Could not be happier.

Racks don't work. They fall through the rack notches. Build quality overall is terrible. The oven is not serviceable. Returned immediately.

I’ve had several of these ovens in the past, but this newest version is not as good as the old ones. When the chamber heats up, it widen, the top shelf constantly falls down.

This replaced an old Oster countertop oven.The size is perfect for pizza, roast turducken, baking bread, etc. The functions are easy to use, not complicated at all.Baked bread with it and it cooked evenly, didn't burn and no soggy bottom on the bread, nice even crust, golden brown top.The doors I love, I didn't like the hinge down door on previous model as it's a lot of weight on the hinge and had to repair it twice in its lifetime. Also hinge down caught all the spills and crumbs in the hinge. These French doors are so easy to use and give great access.Biggest plus is the preheat. Once you select mode, temperature and time then press start the oven begins to preheat, once the temperature is reached the internal light comes on, put your food in the oven and press start again and it cooks the time selected. If you don't want preheat just press start twice. In every way this us a much better oven than higher priced celebrity endorsed ovens, in size, functions and performance.

Full disclosure: I returned this. I had one, before and wanted to replace it with another one. This one was damaged during shipping and I sent it back. I did buy another one elsewhere.Be aware that these things get very hot and the grease in the door guides dries out and causes the doors to get stuck. It's simple fix, once you get to it and the video to repair it has been removed from the internet.If you use yours as often as I do, everyday and sometimes multiple times, this is an e entuality.

Package received with packaging and product is damagedTopNoticeably dented scratched. Not something you want sitting on your counter.A replacement would be appreciated worth a try but haven't heard anything from my requests.And now I have to pay to ship a damaged air fryer. ?? Its defective why do I have to pay to return something I received damaged?
