It didn't work with my son's PS vita....I had to take the old plug piece of my son's vita charger in order for it to work.

It works, but it's definitely a "generic" charger. The part that plugs into the transformer from the wall is very loose. It doesn't stay at all and I'll probably just super glue it or something. Other than that, the charger works just fine. No problems with charging my Vita that had been dead for almost 2 years. And certainly cheap enough that I really don't care too much that it's not perfect.
