I did not need the large size - they are bigger than my breasts but they are soft and stop milk from ruining my bras. They are absorbant and easy to wash, but don't put them in the dryer.

These nursing pads are amazing! The organic Merino wool is incredibly soft and comfortable against my skin—no irritation at all. They regulate heat beautifully, keeping me warm without overheating, and they do an excellent job of absorbing leaks while staying dry. I love that they are Naturetexx Plasma & GOTS certified, ensuring they are chemical-free and safe for both me and my baby. Plus, they’re machine washable, which makes them super convenient. I ordered the medium size nursing pads for a size C bust. Women with a larger bust may want to size up. The pads are very soft. I like that they are made of 100% merino wool. The stitching is sloppy on one of the pads which left threads sticking out well past the edge of the pad. I am concerned that the threads may be pulled/broken. One of the pads has a tag that is unnecessary. It only has the logo on it with no care instructions or material info. That pad will have to be placed with the tag facing out or else it will be very irritating to the skin. I would have preferred for them to leave the tag off altogether since it serves no purpose. I can't speak to how absorbent/protective the pads are because the baby is due next month.

I have relied completely and totally on wool breast pads for my babies. I have tried many- disana, lanacare, engal... these are by far the largest and fluffiest wool breast pads I have ever tried. I always go for size large because I like my breast pads to cover my whole breast and be less visible under clothes but these are too big for me. If you are a large breasted woman these are the best. They will absorb milk unlike anything else and keep you feeling dry. And they will help keep your nipples warm, keeping you more comfortable and if you have vasospasm these are your savior. Best yet the price is incredible. I wish I'd had these all along

Soft, very big. The seams make me a little nervous. The directions said to hand wash while the description says machine washable. They are solid wool, really soft. I do not feel anything in between to stop the milk from leaking through, which makes me nervous. I will try to update after baby comes and I’m producing

These are perhaps the softest nursing pads I've ever touched. They are incredibly warm and velvety to the touch, and well-padded and very absorbent. I've heard a lot about the antibacterial properties of wool, and this particular pad seems very well-made, so I'm excited to see how it stands up. The medium is definitely large enough to cover my nipple & most of my breast in my bra (I am a B-C cup). I would definitely buy these again!

These are very soft for sensitive skin and feel so comfy and soothing in your bra when you’re in those early days of breastfeeding and have some leaking. I got the medium but as a size D bust I should have gotten the bigger size I think so it won’t look so awkward in my bra outline. I was going based off of nipples size, but really think of how big your bra is. These are so much more soft and plush than my regular cotton washable ones that get hard when wet, as opposed to these that stay soft.

These have been great to keep in my bra while breastfeeding. I never know when I am going to leak so I keep these in at all times. Unless they are being washed then I have to use the disposable pads but these are much more comfortable than the disposable ones. The are undetectable in my bra and they provide a security knowing that if I do leak in public these will absorb any leakage I may have. They are machine washable and easy to clean as well.
