No seat of the pants effect from this stuff, more piece of mind. That being said I don’t live where it gets cold enough for diesel to gel so I run this year round and it is by far the most cost effective additive on the market.

This gave me a 1 MPG increase in fuel economy on my RAM 2500 Diesel, using 1 -2 oz per 20 gal of gas. It also helps lubricate your high pressure fuel pump. Small bottles have a sight gage that allows you to see how much you have added. I use a funnel to add it. The first time I did not and watched it empty onto the pavement as it by passed the fuel filler neck. Only drawback is it is expensive but it does pay for itself in improved fuel economy.Shipped very securely to prevent leaks.

I have had the unfortunate experience of owning a Grand Cherokee with a 3.0l EcoDiesel. This engine is notorious for having multiple class-action lawsuits related to Chrysler cheating to pass emissions and then subsequently issuing software updates that killed engine performance and fuel economy. After the AEM update, I was having ‘DPF Full’ warnings every 2,000-2,500 miles and fuel economy in the 24-mpg range. I started using Optilube to boost cetane and the performance has improved dramatically and I haven’t had a ‘DPF Full’ warning in 10,000+ miles. On long highway trips I’m getting 29-30 mpg again as long as I stay under 80-mph. Engine is running much smoother. If you have an EcoDiesel that was turned into a dog by software ‘fixes’; you really should give this product or any other cetane booster a try.

I’m pleased with this Optilube product and highly recommend it to others. There is a difference I can definitely see so I know it’s doing something. It’s also a lot cheaper per gallon on fill up than the other stuff I had been using.I had been using other brands sold in the box stores and none of them reduced the amount of ‘hazing’, I get out of my exhaust.It also sounds like idle is a lot smoother sounding, I haven’t noticed any worrisome ticking and/or surging.Oh and I can also say my mpg has gotten better too by a several tenths of a gallon, not a lot, but overall improvement is...improvement.

These are the handiest supplement containers available. I went on a 5000 mile road trip and took these instead of bulk bottles. These don’t spill, no measuring, don’t have to put smelly bottle back in cab, all around good product. Increased my mileage by 1 mpg so it really paid for itself in fuel costs.

I initially purchased this for the added lubricity and cetane boost dont really care about mpg improvement so i never looked out for it. As fore as the cetane boost i can tell you my 2012 MB sprinter feels like i put in a tune chip or something. Great stuff, you deff feel the difference.
