Did not work out of the box.Installed this in a low mileage used engine that I purchased and when I started the engine the oil light came on indicating that it had low oil pressure making me believe that the engine I just purchased and installed was bad.After testing I determined that this new oil pressure switch was faulty.I reinstalled a used one that I wad and all was good.This switch was bad out of the box.
