Item a little loose at pole when I mount my Bose S1 Pro, a little electrical tape fixes issues, may use heat shrink as a more permanent solution, item shipped without bolt to secure adjustable height, went to Canadian Tire and bought correct thread size but bolt is bigger than original and cannot fit in hole, it can still tighten and secure height adjustment. Makes a nice solution to fully enjoy the Bose S1 Pro, only wish it came free of any issues.

Lightweight and seems sturdy. Only been taken up and down a couple times, but has been in use holding a cab for some time. Packs up small.

Bought stand because it said it had a 1.5 inch mast. It is tapered at the end to 1.5 inches but flares out beyond that. Doesn't fit my needs. Misleading description. I needed a post that runs 1.5 inches.

Absolute cheap crap! This brand used to have a good reputation, not sure what happened. I bought two of these. One had a cracked clamp the first time I tightened it and the other was missing a nut so I couldn't tighten it at all. Bad materials and poor quality control. Returned without requesting replacements.

I purchased two of these shipped from the same location (KY). One was shipped in the original box and the other was shipped inside another box. The stands are pretty good. I'm using them for 45 lbs. Community PA speakers. If you order these, make sure you have all the parts out of the plastic bags before throwing out. The nuts for the tightening knobs were missing and I found them at the bottom of the bags that the stands were in.

I have used this model for a decade or two (can't quite remember when I bought my first pair) and this stand continues the tradition of utility. The footprint is nice and broad making a reasonably safe place to place "modest" size speakers. I have a pair of old Community CS35 speakers which do fit on this, but that may be asking a bit much of this stand. Anything smaller is just fine.My favorite feature is the reversible mast for 1-1/2 or 1-3/8 speaker sockets. No goofy little plastic sleeves here. Just flip the stand over and you can put your smaller speaker on the 6 inches or so of reduced diameter. Flip it back and you have a continuous piece of 1-1/2 inch mast. Sweet.I use these things for antenna supports as well. The 1-1/2 inch mast is just right to hold many typical antennas including some ham antennas. Search "AHVD Portable Antenna" and "Superbowl TV Antenna" for examples.Sometimes these things go on sale for ridiculous prices. Watch for it and grab em when you can.

Professional sound guy that has used dozens of these of all different brands and these are great for the money. I use them for my portable system which is 2 QSC K12's. But I own 5 of these that I also use for light poles. Light weight as well. I used to work for an On Stage/ Music People dealer and we had really good luck with their products and they never hassled us on returns.

We manufacture speakers specifically for square dances and have sold over 230 sets since we began 4 years ago. We enclose information promoting these stands with all our orders. We have been calling square dances since 1972 and are presently callilng over 265 dances a year. There has never been any problems setting up or transporting this stand. We can't say enough good things about the construction and durability of these stands and recommend them to everyone. Hope they never stop making them.
