Well, it's metal at least, supposed to represent a spring hanger. The bushing hole is nowhere near round, it's also so full of weld slag I doubt a bushing will slide in without serious filing or buffing.If you're in a bind, for $30 it's ok, but don't expect a quality piece to arrive.

This does not fit my 1981 cj7 and I scratched it up so much trying to force it between the frame I probably won’t be able to return it

Design is cheaper than OEM style. Eye bend was not closed tight and had about a 1/8 inch gap that was partially filled with weld. Original style doesn't have weld but fit very tight with no gaps to cut your bushings. Bolt holes were offset about 1/4 inch from original, you will be able to bolt it on your Jeep but it won't locate the spring in the ideal location. The original has a small offset bend at the rear for cbrossmember clearance. This one has a bend also but it is the wrong direction and not a true offset bend, causing a gap between hanger and frame.
