I purchased this product from a local homeopathic store. The drops were placed in food everyday. Vet meds, and over the counter meds and treatment everyday, and nothing works. This product made no difference. It did not help swelling, or maybe masked it because as soon as we ran out of the. meds, the cat was worse than before. My other cat is shaking his head now, and I am very worried. No product works. I don't know what kind of armored ear mites my cats have but this did nothing to help. It didn't harm, but didn't help.
