The base you add warm water or ice to cracked when I went to add warm water to it. The water was no where near boiling it was barely above room temperature the base wasn't cold it was room temperature. It now leaks and can't be used.

It is a little smaller than I thought it would be but it fits perfectly on my carrying tray so I don't mind. I love the texture on the outsides of each piece and the gold trim gives it a really elegant touch. This set feels quite durable as each piece does have some weight, even the little Sake cups are heavier than I expected which is a good thing to me. I am very pleased with this product and would recommend it.

I got the gold trimmed. How elegant!! It's a minimalist, modern set that has a lot of wow factor. My favorite part is the ice bowl... I love chilled unfiltered nama (raw) creamy white sake OR magkeoli and this set really is special for sharing with friends.

Old Craftsmen's 6 Pcs Glass Sake Set arrived packed and secured in Styrofoam inside a sweet and pretty box which has a Japanese ethos and is made in China.The glasses, bottle, and bowl are lightly gold rimmed causing a visual elegance to the textured and what seems fragile but are very solid vessels. The texture aids holding the vessels.I am excited to go to the community Japanese grocery store to pick up supplies for a dinner including a good large bottle of Sake to share with friends using this set, which looks exactly like the on-line photos.

The complete glass and gold trim set looks very elegant. The walls of each piece are beautifully textured. But the carafe itself is small and quite thin. The quality of the glass feels fragile. It serves more as a decorative centerpiece.

This traditional set is made of glass.Very fragile. The bottle can hold Sake (as intended) or other beverages.Includes cups and a outer ring cup for ice around the bottle.It works as intended.
