Lots of hits on the green lure with the sparkly tale. I have rigged these both ways, with not much difference in result. If I had to chose, I’d say line onto the eye end up works better but you can find arguments for either end. But they attract fish. I add a small strip pf FishBites bait, the flavor does not matter
