These are very useful when doing mise en place for complicated meals (ala Thomas Keller) where you need to preprepare a number of components for the meal. They are sturdy, hold an adequate quantity, are easy to store and clean. They also are useful for storing ingredients in the fridge while other preparations are underway.

These clear food pans get used all the time in my kitchen. They're incredibly clear, super sturdy, and a breeze to clean. Whether I'm preparing my mise en place before dinner or just looking to keep things organized for a gathering these pans are super helpful. Plus they also stack neatly for easy storage which is a big win in my book!
