I originally got this set of forks and spoons when my son was about 9-10 months old. Back then, they were way too big. The scoop is pretty deep on both the “spork” and spoon, and also fairly wide for tiny mouths. Now that he’s 2, these work much better! I don’t usually like plastic forks for him, because he can’t really stab things very easily. So when he needs a true fork, he uses a metal one. But these are by far his favorite when it comes to scooping macaroni and cheese, rice, ice cream, etc. It’s the perfect deep scoop and food stays on the utensil without falling off. He actually prefers the fork, which has a deep scoop like a spoon. He even uses that for his yogurt! The grooved/wavy handle is easy to hold and a great length. Highly recommend these! I think the size is better suited for 18M+.Hope this helps! 🤗

My daughter is doing combo weaning and she loves to hold it and also let me hold it. My 3y old lives it as well.

I really like these utensils.Pros:- handle ergonomics are just right for mobile infants and toddlers of varying motor skills- spoon/spork is just deep enough for a good bite, hold it in when they try to level it into their mouths with minimal spilling- durable material, the fork tines are tough too, not like the cheaper ones that break off when they gnaw on them. That's a big plus!- all durable type plastic - not the brittle cheap feeling plastic- a lot of silicone? grip surfaceCons:- nit picky but not sure if there's a right compromise to this as well, the fork tines are not sharp and straight enough to keep half the foods poked so there is a learning curve for them. They have to poke and kind of "Dig" into the food for it to really stick on. Works best when the cubes of food are bigger instead of how companies process them cubed.

Don't waste your time with flat plastic. The curves help little ones get a good grip and make it to their mouth. I use the sporks for cereal because they are deep and milk drips into the bowl rather than all over the tray. They love to eat their cereal like big kids. Id like to be able to buy more sporks. Teethers love to chew on the handle of these nobby handles which was wonderful until they got teeth and could actually rip the coating off. Make sure you are watching. Still I ordered a bunch. Dishwasher safe and the kids get good use out of them.

I bought these for my daughter when she was about 15 months old (she's 28 months now and still using these!) so she could learn to start feeding herself. The utensils are made of very hard, durable plastic and the handles on them are curved to help angle them into the baby's mouth. I really like how deep the spoon is to hold more food. Many other spoons I tried didn't have a deep enough indentation, so the food kept falling off, but that won't be a problem with these! I also really like that the fork is sort of a "spork" a combination of a spoon and a fork because it has a deep spoonlike indentation near the prongs. I like the rubberized grips on the handles to help the child grasp the utensils. My only criticism is that you can't choose which colors you want to receive.

I have been trying many kinds of toddler spoons and forks, from fancy brands to target brand, and Nuby is one of our favorite for toddlers. The design makes it easy for little hands to grab and hold on. Both of my kids use these started around 12m old, and can use them to put food into their mouths slowly around 14-15m. Also, these spoons and forks are very durable, one of the sets we have are from 4 years ago (from my older son), and now my 18m daughter uses them just like all those new ones I got for her.The depth of the curve and the width of the spoon and fork are PERFECT for toddler's mouth size while hold on a good amount of food. The fork doesn't really function like a fork for food with harder texture, but that doesn't bother me- we can't expect a fork to be safe for toddlers and at the same time expect it to perform like an adult fork. My kids use these forks to pick up rice, noodles, pasta, and they work great. For kids under 2 years old, I am very satisfied with these spoons and forks.

I have SO many different kinds of utensils which were all awkward and seemingly useless. And then I found these at Target. They were amazing. But, by the time I realized it, they were out of stock and I couldn't find them online anywhere. I wanted more! So, thanks you for bringing them back!!I couldn't believe the difference these utensils made. There must be something about the fat handles, the lower level mouth piece, the balance, the grips, the deep mouthpiece that holds the food... I don't know, but there's magic in there somewhere. I had no idea how magical there were until my friends were over for a play date with their toddlers. 1-2yr old. I served spaghetti and they all said I was crazy. Then they saw how well my kids ate with these utensils. So I gave their kids the same ones and amazingly, they ate it with no problem either.I am so thankful that they brought these utensils back that I bought a lot more packs (just in case, and to use as gifts- they're really that good). Thanks for bringing these back Nuby.
