BOUGHT THIS AS A BACK UP TO THE ORIGINAL THERMISTOR THAS WAS OVER 10 YRS OLD. IM SO GLAD I DID, WITHIN TWO MONTHS THE ORIGINAL ONE DIED, I PULLED THIS ONE OUT AND WAS VERY HAPPY TO SEE THAT THE WIRES WERE THICKER (MORE DURABLE) THEN THE ORIGINAL. AFTER WATCHING A VIDEO OR TWO ON HOW TO CHANGE IT I WAS BACK IN BUSINESS WITH EASE.

This nice refrigerator thermistor is compatible with most RV refrigerators. I just got this thermistor because my refrigerator in my RV is not working properly. Luckily that’s the only part that needs to be replaced to get my fridge in good working conditions.The installation is pretty straightforward. After replacing the old thermistor, the fridge is keeping good temperature to preserve food again. A good working refrigerator is an essential appliance in a RV, this refrigerator thermistor is a solid investment to enhance the refrigerator’s performance.

My uncle, who isn’t very handy, was able to install this thermistor with no problems. The 41-inch cable length provided plenty of flexibility, making it easy to fit into the existing setup. He didn’t need any special tools, and the entire process was quick and simple. It’s definitely a user-friendly option for those who prefer DIY fixes.

My uncle, who's been RVing for years, was impressed when I told him about the fix. He ordered one as a preventative measure for his older RV. I ordered this thermistor cable from Amazon Vine to replace the original sensor that stopped working on my RV’s refrigerator. Installing it was straightforward for me, as the length of the cable was just right for my fridge. It was easy to connect everything and I appreciate the quick response plug and the fact that I didn’t have to struggle with any of the parts while I was installing it.The temperature-sensitive probe seems well-made, and I noticed that my refrigerator is back working fine because the fridge temperature regulation improved. Therefore, I just hope it will last for a good while, because it is nice not having to worry about the fridge acting up while I am on the road.

My RV fridge wasn’t cooling properly so I decided to replace the thermistor with this NTC10K model. The cable length was perfect and installation was easy and quickly. My fridge has maintained a perfect temperature since I bought it, even on long trips. This is a great product and I highly recommended.

I have been doing research on RV systems and parts that are most likely to cause problems. The thermistor is a refrigerator part that may cause the refrigerator to not cool properly. Having one in the spare parts inventory gives us peace of mind that if there is a problem during our travels that we may not need to try and locate a part if a problem arises. It is small enough to easily store without giving up storage space.
