Bought this for my daughter for a dance routine and it was perfect. Not too heavy and also not too short for a crop. She wears it all the time! I’m sure we will order next size up when she grows out of the one we have.

I have a 6 year old who is very selective with clothing. The sweatshirt was the perfect cut and loved the shine down the sleeve. We used it for a Taylor swift costume for Halloween. I ironed on a Kansas City Chiefs logo for Halloween and it ironed on perfectly. This is still a go to sweatshirt even after Halloween.

I thought it was going to be more like a sweatshirt, but it’s a medium weight stretchy shirt material. The size for 9-10 year old fits like a size 8 in my opinion. My 11 year old daughter is very petite so we wanted it to be a little big for her and it fits her just right.The tag says 100% cotton, but it’s super stretchy so I don’t know if that’s accurate.
