As a jiu-jitsu practitioner, I am so glad I bought these knee pads. For one, they fit comfortably and do not limit my movement in any way, which is so important for such a dynamic sport. Furthermore, the front of my knee will hurt from time to time, especially when I go for takedowns; these knee pads manage to mitigate the pain I experience, contributing to a better experience on the mats. Moreover, these knee pads aren't bulky, their design is lightweight with just the right amount of padding to protect my knees. Given the cheap price and the overwhelming benefit I've experienced, I would recommend these knee pads to wrestlers and jiu-jitsu practitioners without hesitation.

I've been through so many knee pads on Amazon I almost gave up. This one is comfortable, protecting, easy to get on and off and just the right price! Will continue to use buy them when needed. I got these for yoga and pole dancing--perfect!

Having injured both my knees fairly recently I'd ordered and tried some affordable adequate kneepads that used Velcro to wear which was cumbersome for my purposes. These slip on and off rather easily and can be worn beneath fairly common clothing. One might need something a little heftier for garden work or anything outdoors but maybe these would do there too.

Eventually, a pair of knee pads will require a washing. Hopefully you, dear reader, have no fallen into the same mistake I made. I washed several pairs of these as normal with my other stuff. They were completely deformed after drying. Ordered another batch, because my negligence is mostly responsible. This time they were washed separately on cold, and left to dry in front of a window. (Four pairs total) No warping or deformity. I was frustrated with this simply because there is no tag on the knee pads, or a label with the packaging that I can recall. Do NOT wash these with hot water!That being said, these knee pads are well made for their price. They have survived a lengthy caving trip recently, and it appears that none of them have compressed or warped yet. I have also used these for my job as a residential electrician, and they work well for crawl spaces or attic work. Fits well under pants, doesn't itch, shouldn't slide very much, and the padding is thick.

These are the most comfortable kneepads! They are stretchy but fit snug, not so snug that they cause the above knee muffin top, but snug enough to stay put. The padding is shaped to cup the knee and it’s just the right thickness to protect my knees without looking bulky. I teach pole dancing classes and have tried every brand and type of knee pad under the sun— volley ball, cheer, wrestling, gardening, pole specific kneepads (that cost me $60!!) etc. — and these are by far the best for floor work. I wouldn’t suggest using them for aerial tricks though.I’m 5’4”, 135lbs, normally a size 6 or small/medium. I purchased the medium size kneepads and they fit perfect!
