This decibel meter is fantastic for measuring sound levels in various settings. Good range and mix/max hodls are handy. Very nice meter!

This is perfectly solid, especially for the price. The job gets done well, the included bag is adequate if not exemplary, and the pop filter on the mic is loose but not too much that it'll blow off outside.It would be 4 stars, but for the price being a steal, I'll bump it up to 5. It's not amazing, but you're paying for nothing here and you certainly get more than something in return.

Nice, and a great price, but it has one feature which makes it so I cannot use it. The unit will automatically turn off after 15 minute unless some action is performed. If I could turn that feature off I’d be very pleased with it.It turns out there is a way to turn off the automatic turn off. I’d give it five stars if the instructions were in English.“ Yes, the auto off feature can be disabled. Please follow the steps below:1. Ensure the device is in the OFF status.2. Press and hold the "HOLD" button3. While holding it, simultaneously press the "i" button until the APO icon disappears.4. After that, you can release both buttons.”

I bought this because my neighbor‘s dog barks constantly and has for the last two years. I’m going to take them to court and use the noise detector as proof. It works very well.
