I really looked forward to this harness. A dog trainer demonstrated it and I was really impressed. However, after putting it on my 11 month old Labrador, she chewed through the nylon in a matter of minutes before I could adjust it. I bought another one for a friend and she had the same thing happen. I’m having trouble justifying the cost of another one if the nylon is chewed through so quickly. The clip and fit were great.

This harness is the only one I have found that works for my 75 lb dog. I've tried Martindale collars, pronged collars, and two types of harnesses to reduce pulling. Put on this new harness and I have a new dog! Just needed to find this one which communicates better with my dog. Easy peesy!

This is the 3rd Walk Your Dog with Love harness I've purchased - we wore the first two out. I have a Rottweiler/Boston Terrier mix (yeah, I know). She's 50 lbs of muscle and curiosity which means pull, pull, pull. This harness is the only one that keeps her in line without dragging me with her or pulling my shoulder out of its socket. I first found this product at the Deerfield fair when I had a big crazy German Shorthair Pointer, who I couldn’t control or walk. The seller explained how this is like the harness they use for horses, front lead, and it basically trains the dog automatically. It was a lifesaver! I didn’t want to use a choker or be getting mad at her or have her jump on people or kids and I didn’t have to. It only took 2 walks for her to get used to it and took all the stress away from me and her. She’s 10 yrs and it’s the only harness I will buy and use for going for walks, to the vet, Petco, etc. because of its design and durability. I only purchased a new one because she goes in the woods and ponds and I wanted a clean one for going out, but nothing ever broke on it. I purchased an extra lead piece that goes around my waist and you hook the leash from the dog to your waist so you can be hands free walking in without worry of her taking off . Best thing I ever bought for Madison! I’m thankful I found it and tell anyone who has a new dog.

We have used this leash for about 4 years now and are pleased with it. We've never tried other harnesses though. But this was recommended by a dog trainer, and we've used it in place of a collar ever since. We have a big dog, one of the straps just cracked. Just purchased the third walk your dog with love harness, this time trying out the sports doggo version.

My 65lb. Aussie is strong and determined and quite the puller when he wants to check something out.Other than that his walking manners were fine. We have used the harness twice and he doesn't pull at all!I'm not sure how or why it works but I'm singing its praises. Wish I had purchased this 3 years ago when he was a puppy!The harness is easy to adjust and a breeze to put on. Straps are softer than most and don't seem to bother him, I just have to be sure his long hair isn't pulled by it each time I put it on. It's lightweight and cool. Spendier than many other harnesses but worth it in my mind!

Walk time with my dog was always frustrating and not fun but the Walk your Dog with Love harness has changed all that! The first time I put the harness on my dog, he became submissive right away. I would not have believed that it would be as life-changing as it has been! I would always watch other people walking their dogs and be so envious that they seemed happy and enjoying their walk. This was recommended by our trainer and it has been like magic. Our girl no longer pulls, her occasional coughing has stopped and she is one happy pooch. It’s a bit odd to get used to at first but Inwoyls but again in a heartbeat.
