Although it was small, it was supposed to be a necklace. I removed the chain and made a long string of crystal beads in various sizes and colors’ and attached the pendant to the end. It was a gift for a client who has 4 cats she dearly loves. And the pendant was perfect with places for the photos. It was so easy. You just send them the photos you want in it, and they shrink them down to the perfect size and it looked awesome. She actually cried when she got it. And the price was very reasonable. Highly recommend.

Editing and adding two more stars to my review because I contacted the company about the broken hinge and they sent us a new one. We plan on using it gently as it could end up doing the same thing. But I’m happy with their service and with adjusted expectations, happy with the locket as well.One hinge broke within 24 hours. I can kind of reattach it and bend the piece back to holding it. But the hinge bent open again within just a few hours. It also doesn’t lock tightly shut, so it falls open easily and puts pressure on the hinges. The pictures were nicely centered, but that’s about all that it has going for it unfortunately.

This item came out beautiful i am beyond happy with this!! Necklace a bit cheap looking but the lock it is so beautiful just a little bulky but overall it's a great memorable piece im giving my mother in law with her her kids and grandchildren....

The item arrived in pieces. However, customer service has been very understanding, responsive and helpful. The pieces are very clearly printed and the seller seems genuinely interested in making the situation right. They are sending a replacement.Update:The replacement arrived intact and is beautiful. Although this is not a quality piece of jewelry, which I would not have mined, paying for, locket is absolutely beautiful. And the workmanship they did on the photos was first class. I will do business with his company again I will just allow more time for shipping.

Ma fille va être ravie! Par contre la qualité ne semble pas être extra et je suis certaine qu'il va ternir très vite. La chaine est vraiment trop longue pour un enfant par contre, ca aurait été agréable d'avoir un choix à ce niveau. Fait tout de même un beau cadeau à prix raisonnable.

The packagae arrived with a creased gift bag as it was put in a parcel post package that was too small. The quality of the necklace is VERY poor but the concept and idea are good. The metal is very dull as well as the chain. The one thing that was sone well were the photos that were inside the necklace. Very disappointing and not something I would recommend.
