The tool has only 2-3 layers and is not think or fluffy. It also does not have the bloomers built into the skirt. This would be okay if your daughter will be wearing pants or something underneath it. The headpiece is very hard and sturdy in its design. It doesn't fully shape to your baby's head but my daughter kept it on long enough for pictures.

I just got this package a few moments ago, as I took it out I was wondering where the smell of spit up/vomit was coming from. It was all in the skirt! I’m sending back and I’ll hopefully get another one in time without the vomit.

I’m so angry I opened this for my daughters party tomorrow and it’s missing all the pieces and won’t let me return. The skirt is not to size either! Wish I could get a refund HORRIBLE
