Fit Flight is an innovative flight and shaft system. In most ordinary and common flight and shaft systems installation requires sliding fins into 4 narrow slots, and this old style method requires the use of many small parts for locked type flights and or unwanted holes in the flight itself making the flight more susceptible to falling off the shaft. Besides the fact that handling these small parts can be difficult or tedious, causing unnecessary stress and distraction to the player during practice or competition. The Fit Flight system was developed by Cosmo Darts as a superior alternative to the old system, and to help players elevate their game!

I bought these shafts a few months ago. I must say, they are absolutely brilliant. I have them on a set of Shot! Ronin Yu barrels, 24g. The titanium shafts are about a gram heavier than the plastic shafts that came with my darts. I did go slightly longer on the new shafts though.In my opinion, this Fit Flight and Shaft System needs to be the new standard. Having flights fall off and shafts break is just nonsense. The other systems that use rings to hold a standard flight to the shaft is just an over complicated fix. Winmau came close with their Stealth System. What I don’t like about their system is that the shaft passes all the way through the flight, with a very thin piece of plastic. I doubt they could even offer an aluminum or titanium shaft.With that said, the quality of these shafts are superb. Well worth the money. Honestly, the Duralumin would hold up just as well as these. I’m just a lover of how durable and light titanium is. It’s nice to know that I should never have to replace a shaft again. Lastly, if you buy the spinning shafts, you get a flight that gets out of the way of the next dart. All without any actual moving parts. It’s a perfect system.
