Cam shafts can be finickity but this one literally dropped into place smoothly.The machine runs perfectly again.Wish it was always this easy.

ordered this cam on march 9 2020 and the bike started running rough about a month ago. i cleaned the old carb and that did not work so ordered a new carb and fuel pump which did not help it at all. finally decided to check on the cam and lifter and only after 15 months in the bike the exhaust lobe was completely worn down. we contacted amazon to see about the warranty and was told it is only 12 months from date of purchase.

Looks and functions like OEM.Installation took about an hour And a half start to finish. Turned the key, quad fired right up, without fighting the engine compression.Tried the recoil, bike felt like it was new.I haven’t been able to pull start it for years.I’ve no data on longevity, as it has only been two weeks. If it happens the service life is short, I’ll update the review.

saved a bunch over genuine polaris parts cost. nothing bad to say at all. i felt like i may have been rolling the dice by not getting a direct oem replaacement, but that's not the case at all.
