The product came coiled, as expected. It was wrapped in bubble wrap and then in two layers of cardboard. It arrived on time and undamaged.My biggest concern was that the protective film (which is on both sides of the acrylic) would be difficult to remove or leave a residue behind, but it pulled off cleanly and easily.The acrylic is very transparent, fairly thin (as specified), and is polished to a high gloss that is somewhat reflective.TIPS:To cut this material I tried using a Dremel SawMax, but it tends to melt the cut line. So instead I used a Plaskolite scoring tool -- with a straight edge clamped to the acrylic -- to score the cut line a few times, before bending along the score. I did this while the protective films were still in place, so a utility knife is handy to have on hand.A package of self-drilling screws with soft washers was provided with the acrylic; however, those screws are very short and intended for installing into sheet metal. I used #8 x 3/4" hex head sheet metal screws instead, and used the soft washers from the provided screws. Be sure to pre-drill into the acrylic, making a hole 50% larger than the screw thread diameter, to leave room for thermal expansion.

This product was shipped very tightly rolled, which made it very difficult to work with. Tried to return to seller (China), they would only provide partial refund less shipping costs to return it to a US warehouse. Shipping was so high I opted to keep it and receive a small refund. I don't know what I'll use it for because it arrived too late and is too rigid. Appears much more flexible in the description and pictures.

Not used yet,but looks like it will do the job for us.will buy some some sticky weather stripping to put up before mounting to door,cam with self tapping screws and tool will be challenging will get it done

This comes rolled for shipping (makes sense). However, there is absolutely no way to get it to lay flat after you unpack it (doesn’t make sense). I placed two heavy ottomans upside-down on the unrolled piece of acrylic and days later, removed the ottomans and it rolled right back up to the size and shape it was when it arrived. Zero change in its ability to lay flat. Don’t waste your money—unless you’re looking for acrylic tubes for some reason, in which case, these are great.
